Easy/fast/ efficient communication with front desk in scheduling appointments (no holding) and doctor calls or emails quickly if you leave a message. All in all very understanding and through practice! Would highly recommend!

Dr. Reitzen was so clear and helpful through the process of figuring out the various things wrong w my nose. Her calm nature made me feel very relieved throughout the entire process, leading up to and after surgery. Tribeca ENT has been nothing but amazing! I've recently gotten an otoplasty done by Dr. Reitzen and the results were exactly what I wanted. The procedure/surgery was calming and not painful at all and Dr. Reitzen explains in detail what needs to be done and also listens to your opinions if you differ from hers. Contacting and staying up-to-date with Dr. Reitzen and Tribeca ENT is done through the Klara telemedicine app, which is perfect in this time of age. Communications are swift, as well. Overall, my experience of getting an otoplasty done with Tribeca ENT is exactly what I expected and I highly suggest anyone to consider Dr. Reitzen for ENT related surgeries!

I had surgery on my posterior scalp. After, working with Dr. Reitzen made two major incisions that came out largely unnoticed. I highly recommend working with her whenever you find the opportunity. The photos show the site of the incisions immediately following the surgery alongside a two week progression for comparison. As you can see, Dr. Reitzen was able to minimize scarring for what was a major surgery.

Dr. Reitzen gave the confidence back to my daughter after her reconstruction nose surgery. Great experience over all. She explained the procedure thoroughly and understandably. She did a wonderful job. Highly recommend.

A few months ago I fractured my nose. From this accident, I had a deviated septum and a few nasal fractures that made the appearance of my nose much worst. I consulted Dr.Reitzen who was very helpful in explaining the deformities in my nose and how to fix them. She then walked me through the procedure and did a beautiful job with my nose making it look even better than before I fractured it. I would highly recommend Dr.Reitzen as she is an incredible surgeon with a great sense of how to make patients feel at ease.

I’m so grateful I found Dr. Reitzen. Growing up with a cleft lip and palate, ENT’s have been crucial to my medical care. However, I live so far from the ENT specialists and reconstructive surgeons that I grew up going to, and finding doctors that could fill their place felt daunting. Dr. Reitzen has been so kind and attentive, understanding and treating my unique concerns with ease. Using Klara, communicating my concerns with her has been easy and she manages to find time to follow up with me. She’s also referred me to her husband who is able to help me with some final procedures in my cleft palate reconstruction. Couldn’t recommend her office more-even her Office administrator is one of the best I’ve ever interacted with.
